Overview of services
Everything between “We’re moving to Ireland” and “We’ve arrived”.
A new country does not begin with the removal van. It begins with a PPS number, a tax registration, the right accounts and, for business owners, a company that fits the new situation from the start. With all the things that have to work so that Ireland becomes not just an idea but your new life.
We set up exactly these things for you.
- Company formationfrom €3,470Your business does not simply move with you. It needs a structure that works in Ireland and fits what you have already built. We set up your Irish Limited, your holding or a structure with a UK holding through our office in Dublin, and take care of the ongoing administration if you wish.See company formation
- Relocation package€5,500You can have Ireland perfectly planned on paper. Sooner or later you are still standing at the door with your suitcases, and strategy turns into daily life. Our relocation package combines the registrations you need with personal support on the ground, so that you do not have to find out how Ireland works only after you arrive.See the relocation package
- Tax registration as a non-dom€2,500Ireland’s tax advantage does not begin with your first tax return. It begins with your position being set up cleanly and documented from the start. We handle your registration with Revenue, document your non-dom position and see your first Irish tax return through.See tax registration
- PPS number€550Without a PPS number you hit limits in Ireland surprisingly quickly. We prepare the application and stay with the process until the number is issued, for you and, if you wish, for every member of your family.Apply for a PPS number
- Bank accountson requestFor a non-dom, a bank account is not just a bank account. Which money you transfer where can make a considerable difference for tax. We help you set up everyday banking and wealth accounts so that they fit your planned structure.See banking

Before you move
The most important decisions are made while you do not yet live in Ireland.

On the day after the move you can still sort out a lot. Some things you can no longer. Existing capital and later income should be kept apart. The accounts for the remittance basis should be in place. And if you are bringing a business or larger shareholdings, the tax consequences of leaving must be settled before you give up your current residence.
That is exactly why our work begins before the move. We align tax registration, accounts and, where relevant, your company structure with one another and set out what has to happen before you leave and what only makes sense after you arrive.
That way, several separate applications and companies become one structure that works as a whole.
After you arrive
Now what was planned has to stand in Ireland too.

PPS numbers, Revenue registration, bank accounts and, where relevant, the Irish company turn the planned move into a structure that actually works. We prepare the procedures, support the implementation and make sure the individual steps fit together.
With the tax registration we also document your non-dom position and see your first Irish tax return through. If you would also like support with settling in on the ground, our relocation package takes on that part as well.
For business owners
Your residence is changing. Your business must not become a problem along the way.
For business owners, moving to Ireland is almost never a purely private decision. Existing companies, shareholdings, management, distributions and future operating activity all have to fit the new tax reality.
That is why we never look at company formation in isolation. We assess which structure fits your activity and your personal situation, and then put it in place through our office in Dublin.
Your contact in Ireland
For everything that happens on the ground in Ireland, you have one fixed contact: Marc Vogler. He lives in Ireland and leads your project. He knows what comes next, who is working on what right now and what you need for it. One contact, one number, one thread.
The local specialists behind him
For everything that concerns Irish law and Irish figures, we work with Irish solicitors, tax advisers and accountants we have dealt with for years. Marc picks the right ones for your case, coordinates them and keeps them on schedule.
Depending on the service, and on what professional rules and compliance require in the individual case, you engage these specialists directly, or we engage them for you. Both ways are common. Marc tells you beforehand which applies to your case, what it costs and who is answerable to you for what.
Ireland should make your new life simpler. Not your structure more complicated.
If you already know which service you need, you can start straight away. If a business, wealth, several countries or a larger family are involved, we first work out the overall structure in a personal consultation.
Afterwards you know what has to happen before the move, what follows after you arrive and which services you actually need.
