Who we are
Success takes good advice
You can already see your family in Ireland. More space, English for the children, a different life. Now you want to know how that thought really becomes your new home.

Perhaps you are not looking for a tax trick. Perhaps you simply want to give your family the feeling again that the future is bigger than the next crisis. You think about your children, their school, their language and the opportunities they will have later on. At the same time you wonder how safe and free life where you live now will still be in ten or twenty years. Ireland offers something that has become rare: an English-speaking life inside the EU, plenty of space and the chance to build something of your own once more. But that wish has to become an everyday life that works for the whole family.
At your side since 2006

Choosing a new country for your family is not a decision you can make in a spreadsheet. You want to know that your children will be happy there and that in five years you will still be glad you took the step. Since 2006 we have been helping people with exactly these international decisions. We bring tax, residence, immigration status and the practical questions of arriving together. You do not have to coordinate five different contacts and hope none of them misses anything. You have one plan, one order of steps and people at your side who know the way themselves.
Our roots are in London
In 2006 Sebastian Sauerborn founded the firm St Matthew in London. From the very beginning it was about entrepreneurs, the self-employed, investors and families with international ambitions. People whose lives, businesses and wealth did not stop at a national border, even then.
As our clients became more international, so did we. New countries came along, new questions and new opportunities. And so the London firm grew, quite naturally, into what we are today: an international team for people who want to shape their own lives across borders.
We know how a new country feels

A new life abroad always looks simpler from home than it feels in the first few months. We know, because our advisers have themselves lived, worked and started again in different countries. We know the big questions before the move, and also the hundred small ones after it: a home, a bank, the authorities, tax, daily life and the feeling of one day no longer being a guest. That is why we do not advise your family like a file that is closed once a registration goes through. Our aim is that you really arrive, with the authorities and the tax office just as much as in your new daily life and your new home.
How we work

Since Sebastian Sauerborn emigrated to the USA in 2008, the heart of our firm has beaten in Austin, Texas. That is where our international base is. At the same time we have team members in Europe and Asia and work with clients across several continents every day, in your time zone and in your language.
Even so, we do not believe in purely online advice. The most important decisions are best made face to face. That is why we travel the world all year round, host seminars, workshops and masterminds and take time to meet in person. Many of our best conversations happen not on a video call but over dinner, a cup of coffee or breaking bread together. Because for us, international advice is above all one thing: a long-term relationship, and not just an appointment in the diary.
How to start
You do not have to begin with a consultation. Get to know us first. On our YouTube channel, in German, you will find more than 1,000 videos, with new ones added every day. Across our websites we have built up, over the years, a wide body of knowledge on emigrating, tax, wealth, business and life abroad. You can read, watch, compare and take your time to form your own view.
And when interest one day turns into a real plan, we should meet. Come to one of our seminars, travel with us on one of our events or trips, or book a personal consultation. Because once it comes to your own life, your family and your wealth, general information becomes a very personal decision.
In the network
Saol Nua Plan does not stand alone: the Perspektive Ausland network covers leaving a country, residence and international structures far beyond Ireland.
