Anyone who retires to Ireland has time, but rarely the appetite for unfamiliar government portals. This package puts your arrival in the order Ireland requires: first the home, then the S1 and the medical card, then the PPS number, then Revenue and the benefits you are entitled to in retirement.
It includes our complete relocation package, and so your non-dom position too. With that position, capital you hold outside Ireland stays outside Irish tax until you bring it into Ireland. What the price includes
For €7,650 you get everything in the relocation package and every further step of arriving in retirement, from the application pack to free travel.

- Everything in our relocation package: PPS numbers for the whole family, your dom and non-dom planning and your registration as a non-dom with Revenue, together with your first Irish tax return
- Your PPS numbers: documents checked, application prepared, and you submit it from your own account
- Your non-dom position: income and assets recorded, the account plan under the remittance basis in place (existing capital and new income kept apart), the position registered from your first day in Ireland
- Your application pack for renting or buying: in English, with translated references; for a purchase, with the cover letter to the estate agent and your proof of funds, ready to send
- Your health cover through the S1: the letter to the body at home that issues your S1, and the application for the medical card the HSE gives you with the S1 without a means test, fully prepared; you sign and submit
- Free Travel: the free travel application prepared as soon as you have collected your Public Services Card in person
- The Household Benefits Package: checked from when you are entitled to it, and the application prepared when the time comes

Who the package is made for
For couples and single people who draw a state pension from the UK, a Nordic country or the Benelux and move their home to Ireland. With a pension from an EU country, the S1 from home is the key: with the medical card it brings you into the public care of the HSE. For UK citizens, Ireland’s public healthcare opens directly: living there, they are entitled to it on the same basis as Irish citizens. Whether you rent or buy is your decision. Outside Dublin buying is often the simpler route; the application pack in the package covers both, with the cover letter to the estate agent and your proof of funds. More on buying under buying. The order of the first months
Before you leave: the application pack, the S1 application at home, the non-dom planning and the account plan. After you arrive: the medical card, the PPS number, registration with Revenue, the Public Services Card collected in person, then Free Travel and, once you are entitled to it, the Household Benefits Package.
At the end of the first year comes your first Irish tax return, also included in the package. The package costs €7,650 and is booked the moment you order.
